Family visit

We got a visit from Grammie Pat, Great-Grandma, Auntie Carol and Cousin Jill on Saturday.   Michael was super excited to meet everyone and he was a very good baby.   Natalie entertained everyone with all her new tricks and huge vocabulary.  She spent time out-smarting Auntie Carol and Great Grandma (see picture).  It was a fun day.   Thanks for coming to visit.  We love you! 

Michael is 4 weeks old

Natalie's busy weekend

Natalie had a busy weekend and she caught up on some much needed "mommy time."   She had a battle with the playground stairs at REI.  The stairs won.   On Sunday morning Natalie decided that she wanted to go outside.   We weren't ready to take her out so we agreed to let her out on the porch if she got ready by herself.  Well, she got ready by herself and she looked super cute!    She insisted on wearing her helmet.   She must have remembered her previous days' battle.   Oh yes . . . last week Natalie got her tongue stuck to the ice on the playground.  I don't think she will attempt it again.  

A visit from Uncle Jim, Aunt Terry and Cousin Brooke

It was a beautiful day to be outside.   Uncle Jim and Natalie made a snowman right in front of the house.   Natalie managed the operation and Uncle Jim diligently followed Natalie's directions.   

Beginning of March

 We spent the weekend catching up on sleep and hanging out. Michael is over 2 weeks old. He was 9lbs and 5oz. at his 2 week check-up - yeah!   Michael is a good baby and he manages to sleep through a lot of noise.   Natalie is energetic as ever.   She loves "her baby" and she is very helpful.   Natalie's favorite activity is jumping on the couch and let me tell you, she can jump!   We will be posting a video soon.
